It's So Good

So much fun so far this week. Friday was the last orientation day, and then I moved out Sat morning with the aid of good ol' Jacquel at 9amish. I got a lot of stuff moved into my place on Philly St. and that means less work later :)
Copper Beech is of course fabulous. My door doesn't close, but that's the only setback as far as I'm concerned. The only time it's a real problem is when I'm changing or don't want Teddy to come in (the wee pup). But my roomy is always in her room anyway with her door closed, so everything is fine.

Tuesday after transfer orientation I went to Culpepper's with the O-Team - some of whom weren't actually invited.. but hey. I went back later for $1 draughts with some people, and then met Christelle and her chou-chou for drinks. Barbecue on Sunday! Hurray!

Then last night I went with Laura to the Indian resto... whoa. So good. Not even enough words to explain how delightful it was. Then Jacque and I went to the Commonplace to watch Brad Yoder, who had a really good set to play at coffeehouses. The songs were perfect for that setting. It was good time! Then Jacque drove me home and I read some architecture stuff...

The class would be more interesting if we had more opportunity and willingness to participate. The prof seems to have given up on us and shows us lots of videos. It is only the 4th day...

Today Erin comes to Indiana!!!! I'm gonna hang out with her and that makes me happy. THerefore I need to go finish a lot of business before then. Ciao!
